 When a private investigator talked with this evil creep  when the doctor was asked if you spoke to the NYPD Dr. Andrew Fagelman said No Comment.  He never asked if I was OK he couldn't care less he only cared about covering up for criminal wrong doing  which includes anyone who lie to the police during an open investigation besides the violence and lies and if he conspired with the NYPD to have me threatened and particapred in the lies he is part of the crimes as well.  Dr Fagelman  told the Private Investigator to talk to his lawyer but we found out he didn't do that in all these years until he got served.

 My mother is age 81 and I don't know how long she's going to live.   She is almost completely paralyzed  she chose to have a cancerous tumor  in her colon removed.    She is weak  but her spirit is strong and I told her about the newest yelp review slamming Dr. Fagelman's rude violating staff published Sept 13.

  Incredibly rude staff and very little care for the privacy of the patient.

  When you go to a doctor office you want to talk to a doctor, your doctor. You don't want to explain your symptoms and issues to 4 different persons including the receptionists!

  Not to mention the place looks more like a hair salon than a doctor office.

Why are City Hall lawmakers recycling REBNY-Quinn’s proposals?

Sham hearing to preserve small businesses and neighborhood character ignores the real problems of small business owners

New Yorkers, small business owners and community organizations want to know why a hearing was called on September 30, 2016 to “promote retail diversity and preserve neighborhood character”, when it is not just retail storefronts struggling to survive.  Also absent from the conversation is the real solution to protect and save all commercial tenants, the Small Business Jobs Survival Act - Intro 402 (SBJSA).  This is a continuation of a rigged system favoring big real estate at the expense of our small businesses, manufacturing, professional services and artists, who are struggling to survive this extreme rent crisis. 

Every New Yorker knows our small business owners face a crisis today caused by exorbitant rent increases and no lease renewal rights.  In fact, in 2014 Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer and Council Member Robert Cornegy conducted a study on the small business crisis where they concluded, “the mom and pop crisis has intensified with a fury” and acknowledged exorbitant rent hikes as the cause of long established businesses to close.  Now Council Member Cornegy is calling a hearing to discuss “zoning” and “incentives”, which are recycled proposals from REBNY-Quinn that have been collecting dust since 2009. The intent of these proposals were to substitute for the SBJSA and have nothing to do with the real problems commercial tenants face when their leases expire, such as a right to a lease renewal, insane rent hikes, short leases, and extortion.  

Friday’s Small Business Committee hearing is disingenuous when the proposals they want to discuss aren't addressing the root of the problem: high rents and no rights to a lease renewal.  “Zoning” and “incentives” which will be the topic of Friday's Small Business Committee hearing, were part of five substitutes for the SBJSA in 2009, when this bill should have passed with 32 Council Members supporting it.  After then-Speaker Christine Quinn stopped the vote on the bill using an unsubstantiated legal roadblock, her office colluded with REBNY and produced five substitute proposals to replace the SBJSA (please see attached press release from Quinn’s office).  Small business advocates protested all five proposals as nothing but Trojan Horses and would make the displacement crisis worse by keeping all of the power in the hands of the landlords and denying rights to commercial tenants.  This hearing is a continuation of REBNY-Quinn’s efforts of rigging the system behind closed doors to benefit REBNY.

Even though the majority of Council Members (27) support the SBJSA, and even though the crisis is getting worse for businesses to survive, the real solution cannot get an honest debate and public hearing.  Does REBNY have that much control over our self proclaimed progressive lawmakers?      `

Sadly some lawmakers are using their offices to give credibility to these REBNY-Quinn proposals.  Please ask the City Council and the de Blasio administration why they haven't kept their campaign pledges to move the city away from the Bloomberg era, and pass progressive legislation to save our Mom & Pops.  The public and desperate small business owners have a right to know if our lawmakers will hold an honest debate and hearing to create legislation which will:

Stop the closing of our long established small businesses.

Stop the illegal extortion of mostly immigrant owners.

Stop the short term leases , month to month or one year 

Stop oppressive lease terms which stop all job creation

Give rights to business owners to renew their leases

Give rights to business owners to negotiate fair lease terms

Detective John Vergona lied in police reports verbally violently threatened me over the phone because the corrupt evil coward would not meet me and I was not able to get his badge number either because corrupt NYPD hide their identities like klu klux clan members.  Det John Vergona was going to false arrest me with a hole in my retina and cervical damage from Delita Hooks grabbing my hair after a running punch to my left eye repeatedly yanking my arthritic neck trying to pull me down the hall by my hair trying to pull me to her as she tried kicking me and when she failed repeatedly to kick me the groin she pressed her barefoot against me.

I finally found a Det John Vergona who said on his facebook page he lives in Manhattan but I checked it a FB friend who confirmed he lives on Staten Island and his other FACEBOOK Friends are Det Andy Dwyer Delita Hooks evil corrupt Detective who participated in lying in police reports and the threats and coercion directed at me including Delita Hooks signed letter to the NYPD threatening me and how I found Det John Vergona to serve him in NY State Supreme court since 1 Police Plaza refused service for retired Det John Vergona is the fact he is married to Susan Balzan Vergona so I was able to track him down and have a process server serve him at his home in Staten Island but the biggest shock was seeing his and Andy Dwyer's faces and see they are facebook friends with NYPD PO Eugene Schatz and his partner Tommy Moran.  Schatz was the first cop I reports to internal affairs and just a few blocks from where I was attacked.  I left a message for Det Tommy Moran that Schatz is bad and the next morning I got an email with a fake account telling me I am a bad artist and gay bashing me.

The City is asking my case be thrown out on a technicality  and also LIED stating I was not coerced.  In Federal Court the City lied and stated I was not assaulted.  The city lawyers have lied and lied in how many cases defending NYPD crimes.
Four Judges never looked at the video and listened to the audios proving the NYPD violated my rights and also broke the law including coercion and lying in police reports.  Besides coercion Det John Vergona was verbally violent and yelled at me YOU ARE GOING TO DROP THOSE CHARGES (not it was plural charges) OR I AM GOING TO ARREST YOU!.

The defense lawyer in Federal Court handed in some police reports not understanding they incriminated her clients proving my case underscoring the NYPD lied and Internal Affairs as guilty protecting the corrupt NYPD and Delita Hooks who both lied during an open investigation so both Delita Hooks and the NYPD and Internal Affairs lying including in written documents like Delita Hooks SIGNED letter openly threatening me to her corrupt NYPD fixer are serious crimes.

Police are out of control committing crimes including violent crimes, murders, and they are not trusted or respected.  The criminal Detective my case is best friend with NYPD PO Eugene Schatz who thinks respect is created with verbal violence and violating NYPD protocol and is the first cop I saw to 1800NYPD fix it or what Preet Bharara calls "call a cop".  What preet Bharara doesn't want to understand and NY FBI know and are in league with corrupt Internal Affairs protecting is NYPD call a cop is systemic and done for promotions, party invites or barter or just as a power trip.  It is systemic

I filed out this form and mailed it to one police plaza asking for her false cross complaint.  The NYPD employee wrote what down Delita Hooks lies at the very bottom -- Delita Hooks lied during an open police investigation along with others including the NYPD but she does acknowledge she understood I was a patient.
