One of the reasons I was retaliated against was my whistle blowing a 911 tech corruption and then started under Michael Bloomberg and Ray Kelly and also tied FirstNet and FYI only I reported Bratton and NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd hosted a FirstNet board meeting at 1 Police Plaza. FirstNet faced major scandals re-did it's board and a make-over to avoid CityTime like crime but who knows if FirstNet a success or like CityTime and 911 tech corruption destined for the dumpster....
